Refund and Return Policy
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. In case you are not fully satisfied with our products, simply return the part to us in new, unused, uninstalled condition for a full refund. A copy of the original invoice must be sent with all returns.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cbmgna.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will replace the return with your desired product. Differences in costs will be adjusted by either refunding or charging for the possible price difference accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a couple of days till your bank or credit card company process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Orders placed before 12 pm EST are typically shipped the same day. Parcels are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on the shipping address. Delivery times will vary. Rural routes with no street address are shipped by Canada Post only.
All parcels shipped from our facility are insured against loss and damage. Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (where applicable).
FREE SHIPPING We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING all orders over $50.00.
CONDITIONS: Applies to orders shipped to Canadian addresses only. Orders eligible for free shipping are shipped using the standard shipping method, i.e., the least expensive method. Customers may pay to upgrade to another method. Does NOT apply to Air Stage addresses and some remote/rural locations. For orders going to these addresses, CBMG Powersports subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges
